Is the impossible possible? Only if it has the capacity to win a Nobel Prize.
Basketball was born in the USA, and if someone has something important to promote, the best place to present it is precisely where the world’s most powerful basketball is still played today: the NBA and NCAA. The USA is also the world’s most powerful superpower, shaped by its educational and university systems. It is wonderful to be among them, especially through cooperation. As the author of the AMB project, with 101 innovations that do not exist in today’s world, I wish to exchange scientific, educational, and basketball values and establish concrete cooperation.
The Balkans are one of the world’s most powerful potential sources of basketball players, while I, known as the ‘alien identifier,’ formed and educated the global Dream Team, which is why the Americans had to send their greatest Dream Team of all time to the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. I am offering an opportunity to cooperate on plans for regular education and basketball education. A partnership project involving the NCAA, AMB, and a BiH infrastructure center would begin each season by identifying 12 extraordinary DNA 46 talents for a working, genetically potent 18+ roster, identified by AMB project author Rusmir Halilović.
After two individual and team development seasons, the entire generational roster would be transferred to the NCAA partner in the USA, which would select the players capable of meeting its ambitions during the following two competitive seasons. Those who do not pass the selection process upon arriving in the USA would enter the professional market, as would those who completed the 2+2 development and regular education program. The profits would be divided into three shares among the partners. Each year, a new generation of 12 players from the development roster would enter the 2+2 system. All players in such systems would be covered by scholarship contracts. The USA needs new forms of excellence.
Cooperation among global partners would change the lives of everyone involved—both scholarship recipients and partners. This cooperative project is guaranteed to bring long-term beneficial habits and a better life to many people.
Another activity should be added to this system between the two competitive seasons for candidates from the college market who pass the AMB tests.

The promotion is not intended for coaches who already have their own established philosophies and habits, but for investment partners who wish to create new value together. Any project that meets the USA’s high standards is worthy of a Nobel Prize and would be of interest to many investors seeking to enter into a partnership.
